With our broad range of experience we are able to offer our consultancy service and provide advice on, and assistance with, the entire documentation process, or on individual aspects. Our consultancy service is tailored primarily to assist those organisations wishing to set up their own in-house documentation facility, or to upgrade an existing one. We have extensive experience in setting up single source publishing systems to enable an organisation to maximise their resources at minimum cost.

We analyse your organisations needs, analsye your content, determine your content lifecycle and build a model for your content strategy. Knowing where to start, understanding the current situation and your needs, is important to the success of your project.

We then asses your requirements for metadata, and establish the workflow of your document production, with a detailed assessment intended to determine exactly what type of documentation you need to produce. We then investigate the best methods and tools for producing your documentation. Either choosing off the shelf vendors tools, or designing a bespoke system designed for your needs, whichever is more suitable.

We aim to enable your organisation take over the running of any documentation systems we design so that you are not dependant on our services once the initial project is finished. We achieve this by involving your staff in all stages of the development and training key members in the production of documentation.
